CHP Wellness 1.4.6

The Office of Employee Safety and Assistance (OESA) collaborated with Cordico to develop the CHP Wellness App for the California Highway Patrol. This application provides Department members and their families with confidential access to various wellness and resiliency resources. Users can easily connect to a range of features such as 24-hour contact with OESA, information on employee assistance resources, Magellan Employee Assistance Program resources, current peer support members, details on treatment centers and support groups, an Area office locator with "Tap to Call" and navigation features, as well as external resources.

Prior to downloading, it is advised to review the Privacy Policy, which requires users to acknowledge personal responsibility for their conduct while using the app. By using the application, users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the CHP, its appointees, officers, employees, CORDICO INC., Cordico Psychological Corporation, subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors from any claims, losses, expenses, damages, costs (including direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary, and indirect damages), and reasonable attorneys’ fees resulting from use or misuse of the app. Users' only recourse in case of issues with the application is to discontinue its use. These terms are applicable to all visitors, users, and individuals accessing or utilizing the service.
